Pre-Conference Tutorial & Vocabulary Management & Alignment sessions include:

  • Admission to the respective tutorial/vocabulary management session (Wednesday / 21 September)
  • Tutorial/vocabulary management session presentations and any recorded session notes
  • Coffee breaks and lunch

Conference only registration options:

  • Addition conference dinner ticket—€40
  • Pre-reception tour of the National Library of the Netherlands (50 person limit)—No fee

Requests for Letters of Invitation:

When required, letters of invitation can be sent upon request to authors of accepted submissions and to participants upon fully completed registration, including confirmed payment. Requests for letters should be sent to dcmi11 (at) dublincore (dot) net and should include dates to be referenced in the letter including dates for traveling to and from the conference.

Requests for Invoicing of Registration Fees:

Requests to have the registration fee invoiced should be sent to dcmi11 (at) dublincore (dot) net and include the following information: (1) the exact name of the registrant, (2) the postal address of the organization to be invoiced, and (3) precise identification of the registration option desired (e.g., "Conference + Vocabulary Session"). Invoices will be sent by return email to the requester for processing by the organization. No physical invoice will be mailed.
